Sorry to hear your frustrated. I hope to offer some information that will allow you to make an informed decision.
I'd suggest to do your research before paying anyone anything and to keep in mind that a good Resale Company should present all the information to you upfront.
Also, when deciding to work with a new company it's always a good idea to investigate their Internet presence.
Be sure you are working with a Timeshare Resale Company that has a worldwide Internet presence allowing you to gain maximum global exposure with top rankings on the major search engines. If your not sure how to tell a good website, go to Google and type in a handful of keywords related to buying, renting or selling timeshare. Such as "Buy Timeshare", "Sell Timeshare", "Timeshare Rentals", etc...
Pay attention to the companies that dominate the top of the search results.
- Timeshare 411We bought a timeshare at royal villas. They said they would sell our other timeshare and the price would cover what we owed them. They also said that they would pay us $2000. a year to rent the place. This would all be done by Global Resort Services in Florida. We talked to them and they sounded legit but now I think they are in cahoots with these guys in Mexico. Global wants to charge us $599. up front to sell. Any suggestions?
