Hello,
I'm not familiar with this company, but my advice is to Google them.
I entered "CNC timeshares" into the search engine and had a look at the top results that were provided to me.
Investigate a company before doing business with them, I highly encourage it.

I got a call from CNC Timeshares today also. Are they for real or just another rip-off timeshare "take my money and run"?

To be certain that you Rent, Sell or Buy Timeshare safely I suggest that you do a thorough background check on the company before engaging. As I stated in my previous post the company you are inquiring on is not one that I am familiar with, so I would suggest to Google them. If you want to determine who the Top Companies are for Timeshare Resellers I would suggest searching "timeshare rentals", "buy timeshare" or "sell timeshare". Take note of these top ranking companies.
